SEG Tool with Peg

$28.00

The SEG Tool* was designed to save your hands when installing Silicone Edge Graphics onto their frames. This updated version of the original SEG Tool with the peg has a tighter channel to better grip the silicone and retains the peg on the bottom.

We’ve all been there - trying to stretch a SEG graphic that’s way too tight and kills your fingers. This tool is designed to make the tightest graphics faster & easier to install. Just insert the SEG into the channel of the SEG Tool where the graphic is tightest. Use the handle to pull the fabric to the frame and hold it there with the peg. The angel of the tool aligns the SEG so that it’s in line with the frame channel. You can now push straight down onto the silicon a few inches to the left or the right. Slide the tool down and repeat.

If the frame is standing on the ground and you have a tight fabric, always start installing the corners first as usual. In this case it is recommended to loosen the top to install the bottom, then use the tool to stretch and install the top.
